Our therapy focuses on training this capacity through meditation, helping you develop mindfulness as a core skill to enhance your overall well-being.

Men's Therapy
We offer individual psychotherapy tailored to enhance emotional intelligence and social functioning for men. Initially, we focus on addressing common issues such as anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties. Once these concerns are managed, we help clients pursue their personal goals by aligning with their values, mission, vision, and purpose. Additionally, we facilitate weekly group sessions that bring together men dedicated to personal growth, fostering open and supportive conversations. In a society where such spaces are often lacking, these groups provide a unique opportunity for men to support one another and be genuine and vulnerable, all under the guidance of experienced therapists.

Couples Counseling
In our couple's therapy sessions, we rely heavily on attachment theory and the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT). You and your partner will be seen by two co-therapists working together during each session. This co-therapy model is highly effective as it eliminates common obstacles in couples therapy, such as triangulation between one partner and the therapist and asymmetrical gender dynamics.
